| Stanley Torgerson started International Classic Auctions in 1989. ICA has grown to include a full time staff of 7 employees and has a staff of 20 or more for the traveling auctions. The business was built as a family oriented operation, welcoming visitors either to view the Old time gas station we built that is attached to a 25 classic car showroom or to visit during our 3 annual auctions here at the ICA World Headquarters. ICA’s mission goal is to sell high quality classic, highline and muscle cars. Customer service has always been the main priority at ICA, we have always kept a hands on approach to the daily operation of the company and all auctions to ensure that customer satisfaction has been maintained at every level. | |
| How an Auction Works |
Seller's Information
Entry to the auction is on a first-come first-serve basis. No seller numbers will be reserved without an entry fee guarantee. Even if your not sure what vehicle your entering get a number to reserve your position in the auction. To reserve an early position in one of our auctions send check or money order for the entry fee or phone in your VISA, Mastercard, or American Express to 1-800-243-1957.
Before ICA can enter your vehicle in one of our auctions, YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
Upon the sale of your vehicle, settlement is simple. You will receive your proceeds directly from ICA postmarked ten banking days following the close of the auction. You may opt to take the buyers personal or business check on the same day. HOWEVER, the buyers check is not guaranteed by ICA.

Dealers: We need a copy of your dealers license and a copy of your tax exempt license.
Bidder's Information
To bid, you simply go to the ICA bidder's table (clearly marked inside the bidding area) with a valid drivers license. No bids will be taken from unregistered bidders.
A buyers premium with a $150 minimum is assessed to each purchase.
Acceptable forms of payment are cash, VISA, MasterCard, or American Express. Personal or business checks will be accepted only when accompanies by a notarized bank letter of guarantee. (sample bank letter of guarantee)
Bank drafts are not accepted.

A copy of the vehicles title must be included with your entry.

You vehicles VIN number must match the VIN on the title.

If your vehicle has a LIEN against it, you must furnish us with a statement from the bank showing the payoff amount along with the banks' name, address, phone number and a contact person.

A copy of the title and lien holder must be included with your entry.
